The purpose of the project is to address the effect of environmental problems which hinder the development of communities. It will also support and promote small-group interventions that encourage engagements of communities to promote environmental protection.

We recognize the critical role that local stakeholders (government/private sector offices and local community) play in sustainable development and encouraging stakeholder participation in environmental conservation. Thus, our training and capacity building progammes aim to build capacities of the local stakeholders for more efficient environmental conservation initiatives. It also seeks to support a comprehensive human skills development, as well as enhance community participation mechanisms in the priority conservation areas.
